I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. She does a great job every time. Additionally, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the coffee is delicious. Thankful my cousin in Hamilton introduced me to their new location.

The head spa at Lux is absolutely WOW. I booked last minute and Tiffany was incredible...the whole experience was 10/10. The head/scalp/face massaging is the best part, my hair and scalp felt so good afterwards too. Will definitely be back thank you Tiffany!!

My first time at the head spa and it was more than expected.. amazing hour! Very professional and relaxing. Only criticism is the entryway inside ..cramped and no where really to wait for your appointment

Incredible experience! Real therapists who know what they are doing, the reflexology I had with Vai was so therapeutic and enjoyable! The Signature Head Spa done by these ladies is a must-try!! So much great face, head,neck, arm, hand massage included with the amazing scalp scrub and intense cleanse!!! So cool!! I was so relaxed in that warm, luxurious bed! Thank you!!!

Vai was amazing! So gentle and attentive, and her hands were probably the softest hands I’ve ever felt in my life. Her reflexology and head spa massage were amazing, definitely would recommend her!! And Miriana was so attentive and patient, and made sure my hair was styled exactly how I wanted. They both made my birthday extra special, will definitely be back!

The most amazing experience ever. Trinity was awesome, I had the package head spa and reflexology. First of all the January promo is an amazing price. I wish I could this daily! My husband said im not a Kardashian, so I will hopefully do it monthly. Go book it!! You will not be disappointed.

Just left from having an Indian head massage and 45 minute massage, it truly was an incredible experience. Extremely relaxing and so thorough and making sure I was comfortable! Will definitely book again!!

Kristy never fails to make my hair look amazing! There hasn’t been a time where she hasn’t delivered on the image I have in my head, and doesn’t complain when I send 100 Pinterest photos of likely 7 differing shades saying “this”, but magically knows what I’m really aiming for! First time going to Hair By Kristy, after months of just neglecting my hair, keeping it up in a tight mom bun, my hair has never felt so great and healthy. The wash and head massage was a dream - best part hands down. I almost fell asleep in the chair. Mom life will keep you busy, but don’t hesitate, you won’t regret going here!!!
