Niva (Tracey) class was amazing yesterday! To see how you work and also learn new tips was a great opportunity. Thank you for making everyone feel so safe in one space. My first ever wax and it was 10/10! She made me feel so comfortable and we had a lovely conversation while she did my wax. She explained everything to me and let me know when to expect the most pain . Would definitely recommend to any first time clients getting a wax ❤️
