My first ever wax and it was 10/10! She made me feel so comfortable and we had a lovely conversation while she did my wax. 
She explained everything to me and let me know when to expect the most pain .

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

15–20 minutes late: $10 late fee
30 minutes late: Appointment cancelled

No extra guests are allowed unless they’re being serviced. If you absolutely must bring someone due to special circumstances, please ask in advance, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate them.
