My first ever wax and it was 10/10! She made me feel so comfortable and we had a lovely conversation while she did my wax. 
She explained everything to me and let me know when to expect the most pain .

I understand that life happens, and I will always try my best to accommodate you.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

15–20 minutes late: $10 late fee
30 minutes late: Appointment cancelled
