I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

Always a pleasure visiting Amelia 🥰 She works so hard to give a professional service and is always very thorough in her work There is nothing Amelia hasn’t thought of make your visit relaxing and enjoyable .

Great experience, went in with a lot of pain in my shoulder and overall tightness in my back Lewis was a great help, gave me loads of info on what was up and performed 2 treatments which have left me feeling brand new again. Can’t recommend Route 1 & Lewis enough. Cheers.
