Reception staff Friendly and helpful. Mark friendly, puts you at ease to dispel any nerves. He is professional and is able to diagnose the problem area and treat accordingly with physio. Visit worthwhile. Would recommend.

Had another great session today with Mark. Something a bit different this time. Having had a bit of a tough month with illness, he suggested trying Craniosacral Therapy to help relax me and give my nervous system a boost. I feel great after it and will be looking to add some of these sessions alongside my physio in future. Thanks again :)

Great session. I've had around 2 months of physio with Mark now and I haven't had a bad episode with my back in this time. I'm managing to do more and suffer less (housework, DIY, cardio). I can feel the exercises strengthening my back, it's the best it's felt in years. Thank you!

I do use Taylor Fit Physio regularly. Over the weekend I pulled some muscles in my back which I have suffered with pain. I was very lucky to get an appointment today with a Vicky. Another good physio, sports massage, with Charlie Parker, which has greatly assisted with easing my shoulder and neck pain and tension. Much improved lateral head movement and I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Thoroughly recommend.

Nathan uses a combination of hands on physiotherapy techniques and acupuncture for my very painful neck and shoulder muscle stiffness and tension. Already starting to see results, with increased lateral neck movement and a reduction in pain. I'm feeling very optimistic that this physiotherapy will allow me to return to living a normal life. Self-help exercises are also chosen, which allow me to work on my poor posture and address the underlying condition. Highly recommend.

A professional, well set-up establishment. Modern, well equipped rooms. My condition was explained well to me and a suitable remedial action plan was presented. Physio-intervention was excellent and had immediate relief from some symptoms, with an ongoing road-map for more hands-on physio, and self-help 'tool-kit' interventions at home.
