I had the most amazing experience with Daiva at Skin Loft! Her facial massage was incredible; I honestly left looking years younger, with brighter skin and feeling completely refreshed, just in time for the new academic year. The end of the holidays can feel a little depressing, but her magic hands truly lifted me. This hidden gem in Kensington Olympia deserves so much more recognition. Daiva is not only highly skilled but also a local mum, and I think it’s so important we support small local businesses like hers. The team here were amazing as always! I normally book in for massages but most recently I had booked a double pedicure appointment for myself and a friend as part of my birthday celebrations. I was having trouble booking online as I normally would so called up to ask if it was possible to get booked in. They normally only have one pedicure station set up, but made a point of resetting the space to create a little 2 person station, with prosecco and cupcakes. They even had a little birthday gift for me which was just the sweetest gesture! Pedicures, amazing. Service OUTSTANDING!

Ewa is a mix of a genius and a healer! She is so highly skilled and trustworthy in this very delicate work. She has had an excellent grasp of the conditions my family and I have presented with at different times, and her skill in delivering the treatment is of a different level. In addition, she makes what looks like a really painful treatment bearable with her easygoing manner and humour. She delivers the treatment with warmth and care, and that's why, even after relocating elsewhere in the country, I will keep coming back to Ewa! Amazing massage and hydration facial as always. I just wish there was a warm low lighting room you could relax in after your massage for 10-15 mins. That’s the only reason I have 4 stars otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Carolina came to my home for rf and lymphatic drainage. It was my first time, she put me at ease straight away, explained every step, gave fantastic advice for my situation. I found this very helpful. The lymphatic massage was amazing, I felt like I was floating on air afterwards. She advised to eat a light meal which I did. I feel amazing and I had a massive smile on my face for ages after. I will definitely be booking again, might try a different treatment next time.
