Having had an extremely stressful and most unpleasant and unprofessional experience in the past - Thalia has completely restored my confidence. Thalia has been cutting my hair for the past couple of months every 4 weeks and today I have had a full head of colours. My hair looks amazing and I am over the moon with the results. Thalia gave good advice and suggestions and listened to my requests. I would thoroughly recommend using House of Serenity and support a local independent trader in Ferring village. Great experience today with Amy who lasered my spider veins. Amy was very friendly and professional, explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions in an easy to understand way. Very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.

I had a cut and root tint with Diane. I’m really pleased with it. She always does a lovely cut and the colour is perfect. I always appreciate her advice on how to improve the condition of my hair. This time, she also encouraged me to get a pedicure done with Emily, which was very therapeutic, especially the massage chair! I have booked a manicure for next time.
