Lovely, helpful people who look after you, and I had a great experience with the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and infra red light therapy.

Such an easy and calm experience. Omid was welcoming and very helpful. I had never done a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy before and came out from it feeling rejuvenated and very clear. My bodys aches and pains had also eased. Will be back again for sure. Thank you!

It was my first time doing red light therapy. The process was explained to me clearly and it was very relaxing. Seems like a really great place.

I had the red light and hypobaric oxygen treatment, I recently had surgery and my surgeons office are happy with me having these treatments to help with my healing journey. I usually come around once a month for a treatment package but have been coming weekly during this period for just these two treatments and the nurse advised I am healing very well.

Been here a couple of times now, tried the hyperbaric chamber, red light, inafred sauna and float and I'd highly recommend all of them. Well run place and great for relaxing 😌

4th infrared sauna … eases my tight muscles and sleep has improved, both extremely beneficial for me. Intend to ramp this therapy up, especially like the addition of medical oxygen!

I did oxygen therapy and floatation therapy and it was amazing. My body was super sore after basketball so this really helped me. I feel re-energized. Staff was really nice too

If you need to de-stress this is the place to go! I’ve used the oxygen tank, sauna and flotation tanks. It’s amazing on my tight, sore muscles after a workout. Or even just beautiful to visit on a lazy day off. Highly recommend a visit and the packages our amaaazing value!

All very relaxing treatments, especially compression boots. Was on cloud 9 afterwards!

The owner was fantastic and so helpful! It was my first time doing any of these treatments and she was so knowledgeable and explained everything well to me. I love LOVED the full body LED and will be back to do that again, the single person sauna wasn’t for me, however i’d love to try the infrared sauna where you can sit up and play music in the future! The float tank was an experience, however probably wasn’t for me. Will be back in the future, such a lovely, clean, tidy space, I felt very relaxed after! Looking forward to my next LED.
