Love Super Young. The experienced staff provide great advice for specific needs. I had a sore lower back and treid red light then a cryo which greatly helped my back and I slept so well and woke up so much better the next day. I have also tried the HOCATT which was another hugely beneficial modality.

I absolutely loved my experience! I arrived in Melbourne after a 32 hour journey from Ibiza and had a full 2 hour experience at the Orchard and left renewed! Best jet lag remedy ever! Highly recommend and the owner Sim was wonderfully kind as he explained every step of the way. 5 stars!

Such an easy and calm experience. Omid was welcoming and very helpful. I had never done a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy before and came out from it feeling rejuvenated and very clear. My bodys aches and pains had also eased. Will be back again for sure. Thank you!

I love the Hyperbaric chamber. Gives me energy and mental clarity. I find a session particularly vitalising at the end of a hectic week.
