Jess (and the whole team) are very welcoming. I had biab nails and a luxury pedicure and it was a lovely relaxing experience, great music playing. Really happy with my beetlejuice inspired nails! I love the decor and there's so many little details to look at! A little bit of calm and pampering out of a long and hot Friday. Highly recommend The Looking Glass & Jess. My first experience at SY1 was great, it was a last minute booking & I’m so pleased with my colour, the cut & the finish is perfect. my appointment with Debbie was a really pleasant afternoon i felt like we’d known each other for years! very relaxing with comfortable confidence. Very friendly and professional service. I have been seeing Chelsea for approx 10yrs now and never been disappointed. She is extremely conscientious, gives great advice on colour's and styles. I cant recommend her enough. ☺️

Zoe is amazing! I only get my hair done once or twice a year, as I hate having it done. I still hate getting it done but with Zoe, I dont freak out about it. Shes super gentle, friendly and fast. My hair looks absolutely amazing too! I went for foils, toner, wash, cut and blow dry.

As a new resident to Shrewsbury, I needed to find a great hairdresser who understood mature, thick hair. Reading Deb's profile on the website was really interesting, and I'm so glad I booked in with her! I've got a great cut that's easy to maintain at home, and she's given me an amazing colour, that even her colleagues were wow-ing about in the salon. Would highly recommend Deb at SY2 xo

My 2nd visit to SY2 Hair was fantastic, Alice completed a half-head of highlights and low-lights and she styled it perfectly. The colour was gorgeous. I am so happy with the finished result. I would highly recommend Alice. Thank you.

Had a full head of highlights and layers done by Beth and couldn’t be happier with the results. It took around four hours, but she was incredibly patient, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. She called me after I had made the booking online to make sure that we had enough time to get everything done. She talked me through the whole process and took her time to get everything just right, and the end result looks amazing. Really appreciated her attention to detail and how comfortable she made the whole process. Looking forward to booking in with Beth again!

I've seen Ali a few times for my hair now and I trust her 100% with my hair, she is an absolute miracle worker. My most recent appointment was a full head of highlights and my hair has never looked better, I have had so many compliments! Ali also took very good care of me, keeping the coffee flowing and she is just such a lovely person. Thank you so much 🥰

I had a balayage done by Lucia, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Lucia did an absolutely amazing job—my hair looks so natural and beautifully blended. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. The whole salon had such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and everyone there was so lovely. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
