All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Love love love my brows. Farrah listened to my needs and we spoke in detail about shape and shading. She was informative and very warm and chatty. I felt completely at ease and left with amazing brows, what’s not to love? I would recommend Farrah to anyone!

I went for a Hollywood wax and had a really great experience. It was much less painful than I expected, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend her and will be coming back again!❤️❤️

Excellent. Being a blonde cancer survive with no eyebrows I have been looking for someone who could give me natural eyebrows. Emma Louise did such an amazing job, I actually cried. Beautiful natural looking brows for the first time in 17yrs cannot thank her enough.

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

I was lucky enough to win a competition for SPMU brows and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely comfortable. Everything was explained so clearly, and so much care was taken to make sure the shape and colour suited my face. I had microblading eyebrows and I’m absolutely delighted with them. Farrah is very warm and friendly and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I didn’t know what to expect but she explained every aspect of the treatment, nothing is rushed and she enabled me to ask lots of questions. I’m very pleased with my brows and my only regret is not having them done years ago! I have no hesitation in recommending Farrah

Excellent service, will definitely come back again the Luxury Pamper Package that included the luxury mani & pedi, luxury facial with steam, brow shape tint and lash tint and full body massage was just WOW!! I was soo relaxed throughout. Janet took care of my nails and Smita took care of my facial, massage and brow and lash treatments. It was a bargain for £250, I saved almost £90.
