I love the way that Sakine always personlises the facial, taking into account what you tell her about the condition of your skin & what she can see & feel as she starts the treatment, tweaking & adjusting to ensure that it is the right treatment for you not 'off the shelf'. My only feedback would be that she shouldn't leave the room while you under the LED mask as this is quite tricky if something goes wrong or you need to move (as I did, causing the mask to fall) but as I had an eye mask on i was unsure what to do. But overall a great experience.
