Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Love all my treatments with Krystian! He recommended microneedling with Botox and I’m so glad I listened as my face is glowing and compliments the anti wrinkle treatment.

So pleased with the treatment I have had from Louise that I now make a booking every 3 weeks. She relieved the pain with massage and needles when I hurt my back and has helped me improve my posture with exercises. With her advice on vitamin supplements as well, I honestly feel better than I did 10 years ago. At 81 I am now looking forward to being 91, thanks to the excellent treatment received!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

What can I say!! Sophie knew the brief and boy did she deliver. The annual birthday nails for my son’s birthday are epic and I love them!! Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.

I had a lovely full body massage with Pardeep, she was amazing I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Will definitely been seeing you soon Pardeep. ☺️

Krystian is highly recommended. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and works with you as an individual rather than following fashion trends. He’ll tell you what you need to know not what you want to hear. I’ve been visiting him for about six years and haven’t considered anywhere else. The clinic is beautiful, very clean and Krystian has invested in the best of everything, even down to the needles. I have just started a new treatment which I had been considering for a few years but was nervous about. Safe to say, Krystian has done a wonderful job and I wish I had done it sooner. 🫶
