Eve is professional, and brilliant at her job. She explains everything so well, and my skin reflects how well she has helped me look after it. Micro needling includes a relaxing mask and head massage. I highly recommend

Beth is amazing, talented and a perfectionist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I moved to London now but still travel back to Southampton once a month for my facial with Beth, so that must tell you how fabulous she is! Plus I love our little chats during our facial. Highly recommend

I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Cydney Cosmetics and Rhea!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Had my first ever microneedling facial with Beth, she explained the entire proccess and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Beth was absolutely lovely and very very professional. 100% recommend everyone to go to Refresh Skin Therapy, I will definitely be going back.

I’d full body massage after nearly 18 months due to spine surgery, Explained to Navjot, who took in my concerns and was so good n caring asking regarding pressure she could use . After a relaxing massage had a very relaxing pedicure and eyebrow threading. It’s a clean, welcoming place .All the staff very nice and accommodating . All the best girls xx

Today I had an appointment with Shannon for micro needling on my stomach. Always a pleasure having my Treatments done with Shannon. I have a micro needling and hydro facial with Bethany. What a lovely lady she is. I absolutely loved the sessions and it’s nice to have acknowledge and professional is staff knowing exactly what to do and give you very useful tips and information before and after the treatment. I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Jessica's studio will definitely be on my to-do list every time I visit my daughter in Southampton. Highly recommended!
