The Reset is such an amazing facial. I was so relaxed I think I even fell asleep at one point! Natasha was fantastic, as always, and made me feel so special and looked after. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered.

Amazing appointment with Kelly today. The Room was extremely clean and well presented. I was made to feel very comfortable and throughout my treatment Kelly always checked if I was ok or in any pain which I wasn’t ever. I was in for combination brows. I had a rough idea what I wanted them to look like but Kelly knew exactly what to suggest. I absolutely love my brows. The detail is incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t have them done years ago. I will definitely spread the word and looking forward to coming back for other treatments. Thank you 🫶😊

Bryony is such a lovely lady. So professional and so calm and I think I would trust her with any procedure. I came back for maintenance filler and Botox, my last procedure was two years ago. I’ve had an amazing hydrofacial and 2 lots of microneedling done by Galia now and I am so happy with the results. She is so friendly and welcoming and such a lovely lady. She Explains everything all details about the treatments. she is always making sure that i am comfortable and pain free during treatments and warm enough. Highly recommend. I came to shannon for my classic lash extension course after hearing very good things about her and i honestly couldn’t recommend her enough ! she was so patient, supportive and explained everything so clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole day. She took the time to make sure i understood every step and always offered to show me again if i needed, i learnt so much and left feeling so excited for this new chapter, I would highly recommend shannon to anyone wanting to start their lash journey!
