I had my first microneedling treatment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nadia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and answered all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. A special mention also to Mohammed on reception (I believe that was his name), who was friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I met Elvira at my consultation appointment and she was so thorough and delicate and guided me through what’s best for my skin type. I had numbing gel put on my face for about 15 minutes and then barely felt the microneedling. It was quite relaxing actually. Only stung a bit when we had to go a bit deeper on the deeper scars. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Elvira has been amazing. I’ve had several treatments with her, including a chemical peel, microneedling, and eyebrow shaping, and every experience has been exceptional. She always provides thorough aftercare instructions as well as personalised skincare advice. Her knowledge is great, and she really takes the time to understand my skin and recommend treatments that will achieve the best results. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
