Susanne K made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to talk me through everything, answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease before we started. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking anything. She was warm, professional and reassuring throughout the whole experience, which made such a difference. I’m really glad I decided to go ahead and would definitely recommend.
