This was my first ever skin treatment, so I was a bit nervous, but aesthetician Zoe was brilliant with customer services throughout - excellent communication, reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly, to put me at ease. The salon was clean and well-equipped, with everything to hand in a calming, professional environment. The treatment was well paced, thorough and effective, with clear aftercare advice, including using recommended high-quality quality products. I will certainly book treatment with Zoe again, and I would recommend this to anyone else too.

I had a great experience at Arte Nova for waxing. Lauren was absolutely amazing – very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I’ve been visiting Edina for almost a year and can’t recommend her services more. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and very professional. Every time I visit her she gives me a bespoke treatment specifically targeting the areas that need attention. She consults with me, explains procedures really well and addresses all the concerns that I have before she starts the treatment. So far I had microneedling, mesotherapy and chemical peal intermittently. My skin has improved drastically since I started visiting Edina and I have been complemented many times on my skin condition.
