I just had my second Hydrafacial and microneedling session, and it was such a great experience. Neelam made me feel completely relaxed, especially with the soothing massage, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her care and attention really made a difference, and I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My first microneedling session with Preeya - She as patient with answering all the questions before starting the treatment, kept me informed throughtout the process what she was doing and checking in with me how I am feeling and really enjoyed the cooling balls as the final touch. I was happy to see my face clean and bright straight after the session finished. Looking forward to me next few sessions with Preeya :)

I have been seeing Faye for over 20 and it’s always a great experience. She takes the time to look at your skin and recommend what the best suits you and always makes you feel comfortable. I recently had a problem with my skin and she went above and beyond to help me ( even out of office hours ) to suggest what would help me .also a breakdown of what to use and when. She’s amazing. I had my first microneedling facial combined with a head massage - I was quite nervous and hesitant to try microneedling, but I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Preeya was amazing—really gentle and reassuring. I’m so happy with the results! My skin feels so much smoother and has a lovely glow. Can’t wait to see the long-term benefits after a few more sessions. Perfect pampering session!

Second time I’ve had the hydra facial this time I upgraded to the skin pen. I was made sure to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was an amazing first experience considering I dont have a high pain tolerance I was made to feel well there are no words to explain it. Would defo recommend
