My first time having microneedling. I was nervous but Sam soon put me at ease. The procedure was not painful at all just a slight stinging but short lived. Having never had a treatment before I was slightly apprehensive but Louise took the time to talk to me and get to know me which really put me at ease. I’ve tried a few treatments now and they’ve all been very relaxing and feel luxurious. Kirstyn is very considerate and accommodating, especially with things like checking massage pressure is suitable or if I was warm enough.
