My first time having microneedling. I was nervous but Sam soon put me at ease. The procedure was not painful at all just a slight stinging but short lived. I can’t recommend Olivia highly enough. Whatever treatment I’ve had with her, it’s always been absolutely fabulous. She has such a warm, genuine and caring approach, which instantly puts you at ease. Olivia takes the time to really listen and makes every experience feel personal and unhurried. You leave not only feeling the benefits of the treatment, but genuinely cared for as a person.
