I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Le Beau Room. Usually skin needling feels like a quick treatment and I leave wondering if it was worth the money, but this was completely different. I felt so cared for, guided, and educated throughout the whole appointment. The added facial and head massage made the entire experience so relaxing! Fidela is very attentive to my requests. Asking all the time if the size of the needle is alright especially when its in the soft area of my scalp. Very friendly and showed me my previous photos taken before and after.

Roxy was amazing! I came in feeling frustrated after a 2-week ordeal just to book a facial. On 13 July, I visited in person to request a Facial with cold hammer for redness and inflammation, but the receptionist kept pushing skin needling despite my repeated refusals. I had to follow up via text several times to confirm the right service. She even made me wait over 30 minutes, then told me to just call—defeating the purpose of my visit. If not for Roxy today, I was ready to leave this clinic for good.
