Old pmu lazer removal! Charlotte is so professional and keeps you informed throughout lazer. Charlotte first places a cooling strip over brows before starting the removal! These strips are great. Pads on eyes and safety glasses are worn. Charlotte counts down 1 2 3 as she comes into contact to the skin with the lazer. just a slight discomfort during the lazer process. Instructions on after care. Now to go through the 8 week healing process

Charlotte explained the full process, asked about how I liked my eyebrows as well as the colour and showed me the outline of my eyebrows before to make sure I was content with the shape.
