I made a mistake when booking and, instead of booking gel extensions, I only booked gel nail polish. They found a way to ensure I could leave with my gel extensions, even though they had very busy schedules. Brilliant customer service. I’m very happy with the result.

My experience with Grace was very nice she talked me through treatments, checked in that I was ok while doing the treatments, then we spoke about sensations that I felt while having back massage… Grace talked me through how to do lymph drain under my chin and suggested moisture lotion to try. All oils and treatments are chemical free & vegan which I really like. I would recommend Grace and I thought she had been established a lot longer than she has been..

I visited the salon today to have a Radio-frequency Skin Tightening Facial. AurelijaI is so lovely, she explains everything and puts you at ease, very knowledgeable and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment, it was very relaxing and my skin feels wonderful which makes me feel good too. The salon is a little gem and it’s on my doorstep. Absolutely fabulous.

My husband bought me this as a surprise, and as I’ve visited Grace before, he asked her advice and booked the best treatment for my stress areas. Grace was so attentive to my needs and concerns and spent time on the affected areas. I don’t go anywhere else for a massage, Grace is the best I’ve had and always ensures she takes her time and I feel relaxed and listened to.
