I’ve had several tattoo removal appointments with Lucy, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Lucy takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. It’s obvious that she puts a lot of thought and care into her work and truly values her clients. Her attention to detail and friendly approach make every appointment a positive experience. I have felt self conscious of my brows for a long time, they just didn’t suit me anymore. Then someone recommended Lucy… I watched her on socials and loved what I saw so decided to message. I am so pleased I took that leap of faith. Lucy is kind, professional and understanding. She isn’t afraid of being honest and I am so grateful that I followed her guidence, having all the recommended sessions of laser. With my new brows I feel happy, and way more confident. I can’t recommend Lucy enough, and to anyone thinking of using her, do it! There is no one better.

I’ve been visiting Lucy for the past 4 years (2 years apart each time) every time I’ve had my eyebrows done Lucy has always made me feel so comfortable and made the process super easy. I absolutely love my brows, and enjoy not having to draw them on every morning. Lucy is so professional at what she does, an incredibly person, as well as very talented. I always recommend her whenever I hear someone talk about thinking of getting a treatment that she has to offer.

recently discovered Irma’s Beauty and I’m so happy I did! I had a Japanese head massage there and it was super relaxing – my hair already feels so much healthier. It’s an experience I truly recommend! Irma, who did my hair, has golden hands and is such a warm, lovely person. A few days ago, I also had my nails done there, and Alex is an expert at what she does – highly recommended as well! Such a great salon with a welcoming atmosphere – I’ll definitely be back!
