I was lucky enough to have the spa extreme ritual day, this was the best massage and facial I have ever had. The young lady who have me this experience was fantastic. The pool, and other amenities were great, the salt room especially. My Spar package also included a light lunch which I had a beautiful Yorkshire ham salad, and would highly recommend. You can even stay in your bathrobe to go and have lunch in the conservatory. I will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed my Neck, shoulder and back massage. It was that relaxing I had a sleep when I got home. Annabelle found my knots and got them out. Thank you it was fabulous

Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

I was really struggling with pain in my right shoulder and down the side of my neck. This was my first sports massage experience and it was amazing, and so convenient as Erik was able to come to my home. He really listened and asked questions to help me understand what had likely caused the tension. After just one massage I feel so much relief! I describing it as “floaty”! Thank you so much Erik! I highly recommend.

We had a lovely morning being pampered for my sister's hen party. Ruth and Kate arrived at our accommodation and set up in separate rooms. We were then all treated to a back massage, reflexology or facial. Everyone was super happy after their treatment. I had a back massage from Kate which was amazing! Thank you so much.

Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing! Sophie was so knowledgable and amazing. I felt so reassured and welcomed from the start. Sophie tailored the time to exactly what was needed for me specifically and worked on my areas of most tension and need in my back. She was patient, so skilled and absolutely amazing at what she does. I will definitely return, Thankyou so much Sophie my back neck and shoulders feel so much less stiff and tense!

Erik was very informative before, during and after the appointment. He made sure i was at ease before beggining and talked to me during the massage so I knew why certain stretches were needed or why specific spots were targeted. I would recommend Erik's service to anyone with back issues.

I visited the salon for the first time today. Lovely warm and very welcoming. Annabel pierced my daughter’s ears, very knowledgeable, she was lovely, she made my daughter feel at ease. Will definitely be going be back.

Made a last minute enquiry when saw a recommendation through the Owlet hideaway. Ruth messaged me back quickly and had two 45 minute slots for me and my husband. Arrival was prompt at our accommodation and Ruth's set up was impressive, in particular the heated bed! We had a massage each which was tailored to our preference and felt amazing. Highly recommend and when we stay next, will definitely book again

Very relaxing treatment, well explained. Professional and friendly staff. The spa is also great; a couple of steam rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. We walked over in our gowns to the hotel for lunch and coffee before we went back to the spa area for another round :).Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I cannot recommend Erik enough! I’m 5 months postpartum & have been struggling with neck/shoulder pain from breastfeeding & carrying my baby, & I felt like a new woman after my appointment. Erik was friendly & professional, listened to my concerns & made me feel comfortable & informed of what he was doing & why. His assessment at the beginning of my appointment highlighted the specific areas I was having issues with & at the end of my appointment these were all feeling much better. He also recommended some exercises to help me moving forward. I’ve already recommend him to friends and family!

My daughter had a Japanese head spa done by the lovely Holly and she absolutely loved it, she has asked for another one! Holly also managed to fit me in for a mini treatment: back, neck and shoulder massage which really helped with my muscular pain. Highly recommend 👌
