It was my turn today! My second piercing after the first 43 years ago! Usually my daughter who visits (I think she is up to 10 piercings now!) would honestly not visit anywhere else for piercings, friendly, professional and brilliant! Thank you x

I was very nervous and had waited a long time to take the leap to semi permanent make up. Kamila was reassuring and explained everything thoroughly. She took time in my initial consultation to explain about the process and we looked at colours and when my appointment for my brows arrived I felt completely safe in her chair and actually can’t believe I waited so long to do this! I am thrilled with the results (and the extra time I will have every morning now I don’t have to draw on my eyebrows!) I would highly recommend Kamila.

My experience here has been nothing short of acceptable. Annabel is so lovely and knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable during my appointments for laser tattoo removal. She sets aside plenty of time incase I need any breaks and she is so lovely and chatty that it makes the appointment flyby. I would highly recommend her and can’t wait for the final result!

I've always had a love/hate relationship with my eyebrows. Until Kamila transformed them.... I went in for powder brows and from the first consultation Kamila put my mind at ease, thorough discussion regarding shape and colour, aftercare and what to expect from the treatment. My only issue is that I didn't do it sooner!!

I brought my daughter to have her helix pierced. Annabel was brilliant as always. My daughter was quite scared, going in ,but Annabel put her at ease, she was very happy with her new piercing.

Annabel was brilliant! Explained everything about the procedure beforehand and advised on the aftercare of the piercing. All the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and personable. Would recommend treatments/procedures and will be visiting again.

I had the saline cosmetic tattoo removal procedure on my old brow SPMU. Kamila is really lovey, friendly and professional, explained everything every step of the way and made sure I was doing okay throughout the whole procedure. Kamila puts you at ease the minute you step through the door, to the moment you leave. The first time I've ever had my brows done and I am really happy with the experience and results. Lots of advice given on aftercare and only a message away. Kamila is very professional but chats to you throughout. Very relaxing treatment area.
