The treatment was incredibly professional, and the therapist took the time to explain everything and ensure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling lighter, refreshed and noticeably less bloated. The spa itself is spotless, calming and beautifully presented. First time visiting … The massage was amazing! I was listened to… and then those problem areas were worked on with great pressure and care. I felt so relaxed and safe in this great room… a lovely overall feeling. Hot stones were great… I’ve rebooked already. Highly recommended 🫶🏼

I had been experiencing what appeared to be sciatica, for 3 months. Two days after my first session of acupuncture and massage with Claire, I noticed that my patella reflex had returned. Over the next two weeks, I noticed an improvement in my symptoms. Additionally, I felt generally better in myself.

My experience was amazing, very relaxing and felt so comfortable, the massage was the correct firmness, & stretched so much, at the end I received an ice cream which was so lovely. I will definitely be back next month
