I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Although I was having waxing, it was relaxing and comfortable. Chanelle works quickly with great results. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is always pleasant music to listen to.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had my first massage with Ula today, and it was a fantastic experience. I came in with lower back pain and tight shoulders, and she quickly found the areas that needed the most attention. Ula was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was excellent, and I left feeling much more relaxed with far less pain and tension. I was really impressed with her skill and care and would highly recommend her. I'll definitely be booking again. Premises was immaculate and of very high standard. Thank you!
