I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

By Allah, there are not enough compliments that I could give for my dear Brother Ramiz. He is one of the most tremendous people I have ever met. Although I was having waxing, it was relaxing and comfortable. Chanelle works quickly with great results. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is always pleasant music to listen to.

I’ve been going to Alyona for over 10 years, and I can’t recommend her enough. I have very thick hair, and she’s the only hairstylist I’ve found who truly knows how to cut and style it. Thanks to her amazing work, my hair is so much easier to manage, and I finally feel confident wearing it long. Even after moving nearly an hour away, I still travel every few months because no other salon compares. Alyona is incredibly talented, professional, kind, and always welcoming. She’s simply the best!
