Excellent service from start to finish. The location is convenient with easy parking, and Jamie made me feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. His confidence, experience, and knowledge are evident, and he was able to effectively address my tight muscles and aid my recovery after intense exercise. I would certainly recommend Jamie and will be booking again soon. Without doubt, this is the best massage I’ve experienced in the Gosport/Fareham area, and I’ve tried several others over the years. 5 star service for sure.

Had 90 minutes of the deep tissue + relaxing combo massage with head and foot work by Lee—and I actually fell asleep during the head massage. The stretching at the end is spot on, leaving your body feeling loose and balanced. Perfect mix, deep pressure for the knots, relaxing strokes for total chill. Shoulders loose, head clear, feet happy. 90 minutes of pure reset—definitely coming back.

I have to say this is one of the best sports massages I've ever had. I was nervous beforehand, expecting it to be painful, but it was far more comfortable than I thought. I've had ongoing calf and back pain for a long time and felt nothing would help. From the start, Jamie put me at ease, listened carefully, and was very professional, explaining everything throughout. His knowledge of muscles and movement is outstanding. He explained the cause, treatment, and what to expect. I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud. He also gave great aftercare advice 5*. Definitely booing again.

I had an indulgent facial treatment and Maria was very nice at all times. She included a Skin Analysis and honestly, never understood my skin as well as today! She is so knowledgeable and tailored a perfect advice for me. We’re going to be working in my skin concerns and I feel more educated and in control now. I can’t believe how much difference one session with Jamie made after years of living with pain. His knowledge and techniques were incredible, and the strengthening advice he gave alongside the sports massage was so helpful.
