First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

First time here and came in from a hydrafacial with Laura. It was a fantastic facial and my skin feels great afterwards. Laura was lovely and we had a great wee chat and laugh. I felt very comfortable and welcomed and will definitely be back.

Following a significant injury to my vocal cords, I had a block of 6 bookings with Andrew. As a full-time professional singer and musician for over 15 years, a prompt return to the stage was crucial for my financial well-being. Andrew assisted enormously in this process, releasing tension not only from the obvious muscles around my neck and shoulders, but also from the tongue and jaw. One of the most valuable psychological tools I picked up in addition, was to monitor my speaking voice, and keep it relaxed, thus minimising tension arising in my throat during my recovery. Amazing as ever. Margaret is just the loveliest person and great at her job with so much professionalism. I had to bring my mum who has Alzheimer’s with me at the last minute and Margaret was so patient and kind to her explaining things in a way my mum could understand.
