The most therapeutic massage I have ever received for my mind, body, and soul. Ana is a beautiful person with an incredible talent to alleviate pain and tension from any area that is hurting or bothering you. I came in with pain around my neck and lower back due to whiplash, she took her time on my neck and worked her way through my areas of discomfort. I am so happy I found Ana and I’ll certainly be returning again soon.

After countless times trying chain massage places that weren’t helping my pain at all, I came to see Ana. These tension release massages have improved my health. I had been having daily headaches and a few severe migraines each month. Medications didn’t help. Head and back tension release massages 30 minutes 1 time per week has eliminated the headaches!!!!

Ana is a human angel who is excellent at massage therapy. Her deep tissue massage is the best I have ever had at working to get knots out of my back. I have scoliosis and Ana helps reduce the amount of pain I have. My dad has also come to her and found her to be the best in town too.

I highly recommend this location for an amazing massage. I was one of the best massages I've ever had. I was visiting from out of town and they fit me in and I wish they were in my own ZIP code. This was my first time visiting Tension Release Therapy for a 30-minute neck and back massage. A co-worker recommended me to Ana. Ana was phenomenal at targeting the trigger points on both my neck and back and releasing tension from my body. I am returning in another week to continue the routine of keeping my body relaxed and relieved. I am scheduling an appointment for my husband and our daughter.

Ana and Anita are the most incredibly skilled, caring and loving team. I have referred several people because the first I have with their professionalism, care, and love for what they do and their clients! Ana is very knowledgeable! This was my second visit. I had muscle pain on my shoulders and she found the root problem. I can feel all the knots she released. She warns you that muscles will be sore the next day but after that my pain was gone! I’ll be doing monthly visits just for self care.

Amazing! Best massage I’ve gotten so far. I was so relaxed that I had to keep making sure my limbs were still in their socket. I went in for trigger point therapy and was in excruciating pain before. She freed things right up and I feel 90% better.
