This was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. Alberto’s deep tissue massage was incredibly effective, and for the first time in what feels like forever, my body was able to fully relax. The tension I’d been carrying for so long just melted away. My back feels lighter, but most importantly, my neck—where I usually hold the most pai, is completely pain-free. I walked out feeling calm, refreshed, and genuinely better than when I walked in. The difference was immediate and noticeable, and I can’t recommend Alberto enough.

Had such a great time! As someone with fibromyalgia I am constantly in pain and have tense muscles, getting a deep tissue massage helped me release so much tension and it was just an overall welcoming, comfortable, and calming experience. I am someone who doesn’t like the idea of getting a massage from a stranger but they were very kind and understanding I can’t wait to come back!

The most therapeutic massage I have ever received for my mind, body, and soul. Ana is a beautiful person with an incredible talent to alleviate pain and tension from any area that is hurting or bothering you. I came in with pain around my neck and lower back due to whiplash, she took her time on my neck and worked her way through my areas of discomfort. I am so happy I found Ana and I’ll certainly be returning again soon.

Absolutely amazing massage! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The therapist was highly skilled, tentative to my needs, and worked out tension. I didn't even realize I had. Perfect pressure, calming atmosphere, and I left feeling refreshed and pain-free. Highly recommended.

Wow. If I could rate Ana higher than 5 stars I would! She is incredible at her job, kind, and talented. After countless times trying chain massage places that weren’t helping my pain at all, I came to see Ana. These tension release massages have improved my health. I had been having daily headaches and a few severe migraines each month. Medications didn’t help. Head and back tension release massages 30 minutes 1 time per week has eliminated the headaches!!!!

Ana is a human angel who is excellent at massage therapy. Her deep tissue massage is the best I have ever had at working to get knots out of my back. I have scoliosis and Ana helps reduce the amount of pain I have. My dad has also come to her and found her to be the best in town too.

I highly recommend this location for an amazing massage. I was one of the best massages I've ever had. I was visiting from out of town and they fit me in and I wish they were in my own ZIP code. This was my first time visiting Tension Release Therapy for a 30-minute neck and back massage. A co-worker recommended me to Ana. Ana was phenomenal at targeting the trigger points on both my neck and back and releasing tension from my body. I am returning in another week to continue the routine of keeping my body relaxed and relieved. I am scheduling an appointment for my husband and our daughter.

Great experience and massage. Yerma did an amazing job and really helped me with my back pain I was having. I’ve had many massages, I used to get them monthly and this is one of the better ones I’ve ever had. I love the hot towels as a relaxing touch.

Went back in today for a Swedish massage and cupping instead of a deep tissue massage and i hold a lot of tension in my body and this was the first time I felt deep relief, Yerma did a great job, she was very attentive to what pressure was best for me since im very very sensitive in some areas and other not so much, i cant wait to go back for more!

The massage with Robert was excellent! Five stars. The continuous chatting in the room next to us was rather stressing. Another employee without work to do may have been on the phone for almost a full 90 minutes of my massage. Whatever the case, I will go back but I’ll bring earplugs. Robert kindly turned the volume of the music he played to drown out some of the chatter, but it’s something they could improve upon as a business for sure.

This was my first experience having a message. I have such pain and tension in my shoulders, neck and especially my lower back. I suffer from headaches as well. I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed I felt. I will definitely be back. She did A WONDERFUL job!!
