I can’t recommend him enough. Since returning to sprinting, I’ve been dealing with the usual tightness and every session has made a real difference. He doesn’t just treat the symptoms, he understands the body, tries to see the root of the issue, and works on it properly. I always leave feeling looser, more balanced, and able to train again with confidence. Honestly, I believe his work has helped me stay on track and avoid more serious injury. I had a wonderful experience at Ciao Bella Salon! Even though I booked at the last minute, Marcida really gave her best to achieve the exact hair look I wanted. She was very patient, professional, and truly listened to what I wanted for my hair. I also want to mention Nguyen, the friendly Vietnamese girl — she is very cute, kind, they made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The whole service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.The result of my hair was amazing, and it was definitely worth it. This will absolutely be my chosen salon from now on.
