I got lost on my way and shewas so patient with when giving me the directions, I end up being early and still only waited about 10 minutes before she attended to me which was amazing because again i was half an hour early, the space was clean and Kedish was warm and welcoming, I got a full explanation of my procedures, I was told what to expect, time frames and what I need to do on my end to ensure the process is successful. Overall I would recommend her any day of the week.

From start to finish, everything was handled by a highly professional, skilled, and incredibly friendly staff. My Deep Tissue Massage was really great. Matthew really took his time, he had answered questions that I had and gave me some tips on reducing tension. The facial felt a bit rushed. I believe that the therapist has the skills based on how my face looked and felt after, but because she was rushing so the experience was not as great as it could have been.

It was pretty user-friendly to book the appointment. The follow up call from Sabrina was excellent. She sounded vibrant. I was greeted with a warm smile and vibrant attitude from Sabrina, her energy in person matches the energy over the phone. Selena was excellent as well. She was very informative of the steps she was taking while doing my deep pores cleansing. She was calm yet confident in her work. First time. Great experience!!

Today I did a manicure and pedicure with gel on finger nails, and I absolutely love the final look. Everything is neat, clean, and beautiful. The service was very good, Rose and the lady wearing full black were exceptional... I would have rated great if closing out my bill didn't take almost 25 minutes and a friend called to pay bill and surprise me with cake and wine but that wasn't handled well either.
