Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Courtney is incredible! My hair cut stays in for months, she’s so patient and takes her time to make my hair look fab. The team at prestige are always so lovely and welcoming, great hospitality.

Neve was amazing. I’m so bad with maintenance & I have very thick long hair. She suggested some things that could be done to make it more manageable and my hair feels so much better. Lighter and easier to deal with. An icon! Thanks Neve ☺️

Neve was incredible and listened to exactly what I wanted and the shape and style I needed to make my hair feel healthier again. Fantastic place, offered a drink multiple times and made to feel comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Return visit to Prestige for a tidy-up with Izzy. I’m someone who has avoided going to hairdressers most of my adult life, but decided to cut my hair short last year and now need regular maintenance. I feel really heard and understood by Izzy and she did a great job again. Very pleased with the results and will be back in a couple of months no doubt.

As always Izzy made a fabulous job of my hair. I had a balage refresh and the colours and cut are perfect. I love it!!! The relaxed, friendly atmosphere, service and high professional standards, alongside very competitive prices make Prestige my no.1 salon of choice. Far better than the more "top show" places available. Izzy is a darling and an absolute asset to the team.🫶

Cut my 5 year Old’s hair who was fed up of it being so long after lock down. He was over the moon with it and so were we. Friendly staff. Great experience.
