Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Iram continues to provide a wonderful space. This time I tried a thirty minute treatment and she provided such an escape in the middle of the day with top tier skincare advice as well. A lovely experience.

Amazing massage by a very experienced, professional and lovely lady. She was able to fit me in at short notice and provided a lovely service, including after care and skincare support. I would absolutely recommend to any of my family or friends. Thank you ❤️

HNS massage and plump peel with light therapy Was an amazing experience. I felt rejuvenated and can’t fault Iram at all. She is super professional and welcoming. My body and muscles feel a lot lighter - Iram tailored this to me and used the right amount of pressure in different places. My skin looks healthier and will definitely be revisiting as I feel really supported by Iram in my skin journey and she gives amazing skin advice! Iram definitely takes pride in her work and you will not be disappointed! :)

I had the Pro 60 facial with light therapy at Irams Beauty Lounge, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably brighter afterwards. The light therapy was a fantastic addition and left my complexion looking healthier and more radiant. Iram was very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole appointment. I’m so pleased with the results and will definitely be returning for future treatments. Highly recommend Irams Beauty Lounge.
