Had my hair done off Lucy for the first time today and I’m so glad I went to her she told me her professional opinion and worked her magic and got my hair back to a beautiful blonde – I absolutely love it. My experience here was amazing. I’d never had aesthetics done before, but Larissa made me feel SO comfortable, she told me the process beforehand and before she did anything. She made sure I was okay with everything before she started, and let me ask any questions I had at any point. It felt like she gave me a lot of time and wasn’t rushed at all. She is also very gentle. The results are stunning, I asked for natural but noticeable and she couldn’t have done any better. I couldn’t recommend more than I already do! 10/10 service, from start to finish. I had my treatment done with her and honestly the experience was amazing. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the treatment. I felt very comfortable and reassured throughout the whole appointment. She’s also such a kind and lovely person, which made the experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best results for them. Her technique is very gentle and she works with a lot of care and attention to detail. The clinic environment was clean, welcoming, and very professional.
