I give 4 stars because the staff were amazing and great at what they did. However u do feel they could have been better prepared and organized . I had a facial, massage, waxing and a manicure. I found there were several I interruptions from their colleagues and also because they had to leave to get some supplies multiple times. Someone walked into my massage room. I also think the ambiance audio wise could be better. They don't play spa music and all you can hear are the sounds of the external environment. The place is clean , well set up but lots of areas for improvement . It Def could be be

Hellen was great on my Shellac Manicure, steady hands and very focused. Brenda gave me an excellent Pedicure, especially the massage part, very strong hands and even pressure. Had a normal polish which she did perfectly

Just visited this spa and had such a great experience! The staff were super nice, and my nail tech was really patient and gentle the whole time. The place is clean, and what really stood out to me was that they disinfected all the tools. Love how seriously they take hygiene! Definitely coming back!

This is the best spa in Zambia! The manicures and pedicures are great quality.

It was great and as usual very professional. Whenever I'm in Lusaka I will come back. The spa has a nice atmosphere and the ladies are super friendly. I was with them during my time in Zambia and always very happy. 💯 recommended.

I enjoyed my massage. It was so relaxing. I like the way my manicure was done.

My skin looked great and I was very relaxed. The lemon-scented finishing spray mist kept me cheerful all day.

Great spa experience, one of the best in Lusaka. Lovely ambiance, and the masseuses (Sharon and Rabecca for a couples' deep tissue massage) gave great pressure and moved confidently. I would recommend the massages at Cargo 88 and we will be back again!

Lee is an excellent therapist. She knows her specialty and is thorough with hands on treatment as well as physical exercises if necessary. Having used a number of therapists to help with my lower back pain, I am glad to have found her in Lusaka.
