Wonderful!! It was my first time having my hair done there. I usually only buy braiding hair. I called at 16:20 to ask if I could do natural twists with my hair only, the lady was so polite and told me it could be done, asked what time I would get to the salon since they were closing at 17:30. I got there by 16:40 and did my hair under an hour. My 1st time doing this style and I love it, neatly done just like how I see the pics on your page. You have amazing staff..had a good experience. Thank you!

As a first timer my experience was great. She was gentle when washing my hair, she constantly engaged to ensure I am okay with the water temperature. She equally did a good job blowing and detangling my hair. I avoid most salons coz they don't know how to blow hair but your team did such an amazing job. When it came to braiding my hair she was gentle too and yet again constantly asked me if she was pulling or not. Which I appreciated. Overall great experience. Definitely coming back.

Loved my hair do. Loved that Vera kept checking on me to find out if I was comfortable and if she was pulling my hair or not and to let her know when she caused me pain. I liked that she also gave suggestions on styles when I was unsure

I thought I would have to spend two days to complete the installation of my sisterlocks, Hellen was patient, with gentle hands and managed to complete the process the same day. I will definitely follow the advice given and look forward to great curls!
