My hairstylist Nicole was phenomenal. Upon meeting her, she did a consult with me first to see what I want and had a look at my hair, she explained the whole process thoroughly. I received a hair treatment, that's left my hair feeling healthy with the new hair cut that she formulated to shape my face. I am so pleased with the service I received, I can definitely recommend.

Had an amazing experience with Amiena, she's very welcoming, punctual, professional and friendly, I cannot recommend her enough. Amiena kept constant communication with me about my appointment, cut my hair so nicely and did my manicure (impeccable job) may i add that she is so gentle with her touch and has attention to detail. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Best nail tech ever! I have been to so many and never happy, my gel comes off or my nails become weak. But with Jenna, my nails are so strong still after doing my nails for so long, because she takes extra care to not damage your nails while doing a manicure. I really can recommend her, amazing work 👏

I am a dentist from Finland visiting Cape Town. Having tried salons in many countries this was one of my best salon experiences. Lindsay, Danny and the lady were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.
