Had an amazing experience with Amiena, she's very welcoming, punctual, professional and friendly, I cannot recommend her enough. Amiena kept constant communication with me about my appointment, cut my hair so nicely and did my manicure (impeccable job) may i add that she is so gentle with her touch and has attention to detail. Very relaxing. Massage was good. As mentioned to ladies at reception, very limited basic color choices for normal polish. Greens and blues and glitters are not majority’s preference. I will be back when you get more color choices in. Thank you

Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.

My experience with Stefanie was phenomenal. She’s a rare gem. I had a manicure and pedicure done along with massages and by the time I left the spa all I wanted to do was take a nap. Thank you Spa at Banksia, I will definitely be back.

Thank you. Had a good experience with stylist. Very patient. Great advice received. However with the manicure my nails were not dry and it smudge and unfortunately the nail therapist already left. A valuable lesson learnt. Next time I will have my nails done first, before hair treatment.
