I went in for soft gel tips with nail art. This was my first time visiting the place and was a bit skeptical as their Instagram page does not have a display of nails. However the results were great and I am extremely happy with the outcome! The staff is all friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed my time there. I was assisted by Audrey, she has a neat and steady hand, I am extremely happy with the outcome of the nails. I was also happy with the nail shape. P.S. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, my gel manicure looks flawless, excellent quality and the nail technician really takes their time to perfect the shape and design. Portia did an amazing job on my intricate nail art and the whole experience was very relaxing. Love the clean and welcoming atmosphere, the pedicures here is top notch with a bonus great foot massage.

My experience with Stefanie was phenomenal. She’s a rare gem. I had a manicure and pedicure done along with massages and by the time I left the spa all I wanted to do was take a nap. Thank you Spa at Banksia, I will definitely be back.
