Shelley exceeded my expectations with copying the nail art inspiration I gave her. And the polish application is impeccably neat. Also, love that the hard gel is not super thick on my nails. 10/10 would recommend.

My hairstylist Nicole was phenomenal. Upon meeting her, she did a consult with me first to see what I want and had a look at my hair, she explained the whole process thoroughly. I received a hair treatment, that's left my hair feeling healthy with the new hair cut that she formulated to shape my face. I am so pleased with the service I received, I can definitely recommend.

Brenda is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her every second week for the past two years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She always makes me feel comfortable and completely at home. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Professional nails, I have always left so happy. Niki takes the care, time and effort with the manicure and the gel last over 3 weeks.

Fuzzy does the best manicures in Cape Town. Her eye for detail is extremely impressive.

Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

Service was fine. I had a Gel manicure application. Both my thumb nail polish is thick and has small particles in it. I am going for Gel pedicure tomorrow, so will ask if it can be soaked off and reapplied again. The technician who did my Gel manicure the previous time, did a better application. Thank you.

Shelley’s attention to detail was phenomenal. My cuticles were prepped perfectly so my nails will last as long as possible. As a skin/nail picker, I really appreciated that she made sure there were absolutely no rough or bothersome bits on my nails that would entice me to pick at the polish or my cuticles. 10/10 would recommend! I can’t wait to go back 💜
