Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

As usual my appointment with Lisa was awesome. The space is as welcoming as she is the conversation flows and is always interesting. I had a manicure and an eyebrow tint both expertly and professional done. I also treated myself to the ancestor facial, which is absolute bliss, Lisa uses all natural ingredients and pays so much attention to the application and of the products,and the facial massage I was floating away she is so skilled. The end result was amazing my skin felt like silk and looked plumped and full which is no mean feat with my mature skin prone to dryness. An,absolute treat.

Charly was recommended to me by a friend as my usual nail technician was stuck in Thailand. From the minute I arrived Charly made me feel incredibly at ease, was really friendly and asked lots of questions about how I like my nails, their shape, what gels I prefer, really great experience and would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful afternoon with Vicki, she was calm, caring and very professional. I was a little bit dubious about visiting somewhere new but Vicki made me feel at home. I had an amazing Swedish full body massage and a gel pedicure and Vicki even fitted in an eye brow shape for me. A really great experience and would definitely recommend.

Lisa gave me and my mum the star treatment today! We’ve both recently had treatment for breast cancer and she accommodated both of us at the same time for a manicure and pedicure each. I feel v lucky to be on jasmine’s books. Her nails are utter perfection - she whips through the appointment with ease and grace creating the smoothest most perfect manicures. You wouldn’t know these are BIAB as they don’t have that over thick layers soften associated with builder. AND my nails underneath are great condition over a year on with no break in appointments. I look forward to our appointments as she’s pure joy & time just flies!

Hayley is fantastic. I have curly/wavy hair and have been to expensive specialist salons but this has been my favourite cut in YEARS! Hayley is a real professional, with extensive knowledge and skill. She gave genuine advice without pushing a product sale which I really appreciated. My curls have come back with more bounce, the shape is lovely and I am so happy with my haircut!
