Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

Manpreet is a very welcoming and very friendly lady Before my appointment started I was offered Tea or coffee. She is very knowledgeable in her business. My nails are great and the pedicure was so relaxing I fell asleep. Will definitely book with Manpreet again

My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking. Her salon is lovely and warm and her treatment bed is super comfortable with cushions that feel like a hug! Lovely conversation and super work. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves her work. I have been going to Jess for my nails since 2020 when I moved to Bristol. She is an absolute superstar, creating beautiful nails and have never had any issues. The only reason I’ve ever needed my nails done again is because they have grown out; the products used at Hue are amazing!

Eva was friendly as usual and offered me a beverage as well. I especially love the green flash LED polish because it dries so quickly compared to a regular manicure/pedi :)

Lovely lady, I messed up the appointment booking and she still managed to fit me in for a gel manicure on the day. The manicure itself was amazing, so many steps but the nail polish looks and feels very thin, the colour is even and the curticles and skin around the nails is tidy. Highly recommend.

I've had my hair done by Lisa and I couldn't recommend her enough. I was changing my hair entirely from mid lenght to a mullet. Lisa talked me through every step and showed the highest level of skill and knowledge about the cut and colour I have chosen. I'm very happy with the service everyone in the salon have provided and couldn't be happier with my new hairstyle! Thank you again and definitely will come back!

Charly was recommended to me by a friend as my usual nail technician was stuck in Thailand. From the minute I arrived Charly made me feel incredibly at ease, was really friendly and asked lots of questions about how I like my nails, their shape, what gels I prefer, really great experience and would definitely recommend.

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.
