Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Sara was so lovely and full of great advice. Anyone who is unsure about what shape, sizing, colours etc, she will not do you wrong! This lady has 17 years experience, one to be trusted. A lovely, clean, cool and inviting establishment, Tandis is definitely a great place to go for your nails, but they offer so many other beauty services and I will most definitely be visiting again. I opted for BIAB nails and this was my first time and I'm so happy with the quality and the overall results. Thank you Sara :).

I’ve been having my nail done here for a while and after I tried another master, work was done ok. Gel itself is good, shape etc too but cuticle this time was done very badly. After my nails grew a bit it looks like someone was biting cuticle instead of cutting it

Vicky is a brilliant nail technician, I had extensions done almost 3 weeks ago for my holiday and they still looked amazing at the end. She removed them for me and gave me a lovely manicure as my own nails had grown so well. Vicky is easy to talk to and knows her trade really well. I would not hesitate to recommend her - you won’t be disappointed!

Another gorgeous experience at Leila’s! Her new studio is so lovely and the aircon unit was much appreciated today! As was the drink with ice - she really goes out of her way to make her customers feel comfortable and looked after. And of course it goes without saying that I love my nails! Love the shape and length that Leila always takes the time to get just how you want them 💅

First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉

I had Leila's signature pedicure & it was really good. Really enjoyed every element - the foot soak, pedicure, exfoliation & the cream with the heated booties is a lovely way to finish. Leila is excellent at what she does, I feel so comfortable with her & she's so warm & friendly and her manicures & pedicures are high quality.
