Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I’ve been having my nail done here for a while and after I tried another master, work was done ok. Gel itself is good, shape etc too but cuticle this time was done very badly. After my nails grew a bit it looks like someone was biting cuticle instead of cutting it

Had spray tan , manicure and pedicure today. Melissa is so lovely, very welcoming, cheery and helpful. Not only making the whole experience enjoyable, but giving helpfu, useful l information on various beauty tips. A great experience and highly recommended

Vicky is a brilliant nail technician, I had extensions done almost 3 weeks ago for my holiday and they still looked amazing at the end. She removed them for me and gave me a lovely manicure as my own nails had grown so well. Vicky is easy to talk to and knows her trade really well. I would not hesitate to recommend her - you won’t be disappointed!

Got my nails done for the first time ever and I’m honestly obsessed 🥹💅 Suzi was so lovely, patient and made the whole experience super comfortable. She absolutely nailed the shape and design couldn’t have asked for a better first set. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails and the sweetest vibe

Another gorgeous experience at Leila’s! Her new studio is so lovely and the aircon unit was much appreciated today! As was the drink with ice - she really goes out of her way to make her customers feel comfortable and looked after. And of course it goes without saying that I love my nails! Love the shape and length that Leila always takes the time to get just how you want them 💅

First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉

I had Leila's signature pedicure & it was really good. Really enjoyed every element - the foot soak, pedicure, exfoliation & the cream with the heated booties is a lovely way to finish. Leila is excellent at what she does, I feel so comfortable with her & she's so warm & friendly and her manicures & pedicures are high quality.
