Receptionist and a pedicure lady were great, friendly and kind. The manicure lady (young brunette) seemed to have a bad day: no greeting, rude and edgy. I understand she might have been tired or not in a mood, but it’s not the reason not to say hi and give the attitude and negative energy to the client. On the side note, the coffees you offer are great.

Amazing salon! I did my nails last week and gel on one nail got cracked for no reason. I contacted salon and they kindly offered me to remake that one nail. Additionally, I got all my nails freshened by a new top coat so that my manicure is shiny like new one! Amazing!!! Thank you!

Had the best experience at Bayou Spa! I booked the Glow Facial and honestly, it was amazing. The whole place has such a calm, relaxing vibe, and the team were so lovely and welcoming. They really made me feel comfortable the entire time. My skin felt so fresh and glowy afterwards!Definitely recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself. Can’t wait to go back!

I’m from Boston. We are here on holiday. It was my first time at Fam Beauty London. I love the way my nails turned out. I just had regular manicure. My daughter is going for a BIAB and pedicure. I am confident it will be beautiful.
